After just four seasons, the Barbs won their first Division Two title in 1986. Eleven seasons later, the club made its way to Maple Grove for the first in a series of consecutive appearances in the Division two finals, coming away second best. In 2003, everything changed. If I had to pick one day to be my most memorable, it would have to be that day in October, when the Barbs met the Rowdies. The individual and collected expressions of true, unbridled joy were, indeed, something to behold. It was a great feeling. You shoulda been there.
